I ordered two bottles of Humic-Monolaurin capsules @ $56/bottle. They came in a soft package, and one bottle was very damaged with capsules broken and contents spilled. I contacted customer service and was asked to send photos, which I promptly did. I followed up with customer service email at 30, 60 and 90 days. I then called to talk to an agent and got voicemail; my call has not been returned. I assume my issue is dead, and I will not be compensated for this loss. I will not use this company again. This was first order with them, and it has been a major disappointment. UPDATE: After a good 4 months with no response, the company contacted me because of this review. They did not like the negative report. They finally reimbursed me for the product that was damaged after a few phone calls back and forth. They requested I update the review, so I am. However, I am doubtful this company would have helped me if I had not posted a negative, but accurate, review.
