A day after receiving a text stating my glasses were ready I went in to pick them up. I waited in a 20 person queue for over 2 hours to be told my glasses were not ready yet. I ended up taking time off work and waiting in a crowded area during a national pandemic because of their incompetent staff, and I still have to go back in when they actually have them in. If you make the mistake of ordering glasses from this location, ensure you have the time to spare before picking them up, and call to confirm that their useless notification system doesn't waste your time.

Very cordial and may even remember your name after visiting. However, their services require a longer wait then usual. If you want to pick something up or buy anything eye-related they have a large inventory and there is little to no wait time.
