Our new mail delivery person is terrible. We miss Don. If our postman does not have anything to deliver, he drives on by. Twice I have had bills that needed to be mailed out, he drives right by without checking the box. Not right and annoying. Parkoaks Dr area

Lobby hours said they close by 9pm. I waisted a 1/4 tank of gas to come to my mailbox for them to be closed by 830pm. Why post something that you don't honor. Very disappointed

We recieve emails showing what to expect in our box and we are not getting it. It seems only important documents are not making it, though we get the junk mail. Service has been good since we moved her, so this has only been an issue for the past couple of months. But it’s happened at lest 4x’s.

I try to get a PO Box thay said u have to own a house and I'd pic or in CA it the law to have a address ???
If you have the same postman I do,he probably is sitting at the end of your street opening and reading your mail. He is horrible. I see him doing nothing parked in the shade playing on his phone instead of delivering the mail.
That would be something you need to walk in the post office to ask. Explain to a supervisor your situation and what is happening.

I honestly don't know. I only stopped by for some forms. Try contacting 1-800-Ask-USPS
Just add the name to your delivery for the post office so they don't think it's a mistake or "not at this address". Otherwise they will forward your mail for 6 months. Gives you plenty of time to change the new with everyone who sends you stuff.
