She take her time to understand your issue, compassionate enough to sympathize with you, and intelligent enough to prescribe the best medicine or remedies to not only ease your pain but to heal you completely. Dr. Chawla is a great doctor. She is very empathetic, compassionate, and works hard to take her patients seriously and get to the bottom of the problems they are facing. This is such a refreshing change from so many doctors who ignore their patients and just go through the motions. She went out of her way to help my husband while he was dealing with inexplicable neck pains, and provided expert care. She took her time to do a detailed exam and listen to his concerns before moving forward. I can honestly say that all of my interactions with her have been very positive. My family is very blessed to know her.

Avoid this place. Arrogant people. I paid full for the service. I was told to come back for completing I-693 once I get my RFE. In the meantime the ownership changed. But that is not the ground to deny the service even after full payment. I paid to the Silicon Valley medicals not to any particular surgeon. When I asked to honor the service, they denied outright and became rude. Asking for my rightful service is not called arrogance. The surgeon was acting hot headed and hung up.

I am writing this review for Dr. Shivani- she is one of the best doctors I have seen for my medical needs. She is polite and empathetic towards my needs. She has the best bed side manners and is very clear regarding the insurance coverage and out of pocket fees. I felt comfortable expressing my concerns with her as she took care them as if I was a family member.
