Avoid this company. I bought a custom wedding ring with bands and it fell apart in a few years. I thought they would repair it at minimum with the lifetime warranty, BUT they don't stand by their work. They asked me to pay $xxx to repair the faulty ring they produced. Fraud alert.

Amazing customer service provided by Mynette, Aracelie and Ranielle! Even the security guard has such a positive attitude and is welcoming. Mynette assisted us since the start, we were looking for an engagement ring and she immediately asked our price range.
