Great gym. Very nice and friendly trainers. I train with Carlos and he understands my goals and trains me accordingly. They have group classes through out the week. The Yoga classes here have really helped my body become more flexible.

"There is beauty in simplicity" this gym kind of reminds me of that saying. I was referred to this gym by a friend and I haven't regretted it since. Everyone here is kind, like down to the core not nice in a forced way, they're knowledgeable and always make themselves available to those who need them. Super grateful to have started my health journey here, my favorite experience is getting to catch up with everyone here

Have to give bad review because of their bad policies w.r.t. membership. Facility is okay but if you want to make any changes to the membership (take a break, switch to a lower/higher grade), its the worst of experiences. You need to tell them 30 days in advance for everything and they will not even prorate, you get charged for full month even if you use the membership for 10 days due to a prior engagement. Even after cancelling, I was charged on my account. Update1: have been following up over email for more than a month with their membership department and they still haven’t returned the money even after accepting they would return partial amount. Asked for a contact number to help resolve it and they have stopped responding. At gym location, trainers say contact over email, they can’t do anything and membership department doesn’t have a contact number. Looks really shady. I would stay away. Update2: Its been >1 month since last communication and called the local fitness19 location and they keep repeating there is no membership department number and just keep emailing till you get a response. Locations don't even own their own mistakes and just refer to membership department which god knows exists where without a contact person.
