This was my first experience with Bojangles and it was not a great one. It was very busy both inside and the drive-thru and seemed like there were not enough people working. Then when I got closer to the line I overheard the cashier instructing one of the other employees to redrop some potatoes to warm them up! Needless to say I'm glad I wasn't ordering any sides. I simply wanted some tenders and a sweet tea. When I asked for this I felt like I was given the third degree because she said I had to pick a side or the snack pack. Keep in mind I've never been inside an ordered anything before so I don't think I was asking for anything on reasonable and I feel she lacks some patience. She did apologize for the wait and proceeded to explain that all of the other employees were mostly borrowed from other locations and she was the only original employee. I do not think I will be in a rush to go to another Bojangles anytime soon.

Service was not great, lots of people working there, but no one taking orders in the store and act like they have no interest in taking your order or customer service. The manager did start to take orders and taking care of folks so which was nice.

The food was great, which is consistent for Bojangles. Half the inside menu display is not working, so be prepared to pull up the menu on your phone. They will usually forget any sauce/honey/condiments that you requested, so be sure to check that your order is 100% correct before leaving. It is sometimes hard to get them to bring any missing items. They tend to overly focus on the next order, and ignore you if you come back. The food is worth these minor inconveniences.

Bojangles is letting me down! My supreme dinner looked more like nuggets and a handful of old fries. These places are blaming their locked doors, correct change only, reduced services, and lazy staff on covid. Why not charge customers less until you are back up to full speed?
