Great customer service, excellent product knowledge, positive and upbeat attitude, very responsive to my needs. I also like the shop - great vibe, natural light, and layout. The salesperson was not pushy, just informative. The store manager was especially helpful. She let me know my options for repairing my bike and introduced me to the technician. Between the two of them I felt very well taken care of and they managed my expectations perfectly. Best bike shop in Monterey County!
