The receptionist during the day, has no customer service skills. You can tell she hates her job, and loves to make it seem like it will be impossible for you to be seen; even if there is no one else there. She needs better training, or a different job. I go to diiferent labs quite frequently, and luckily they aren't this unwelcoming. I was here a few times, and the same attitude.

Went in to get blood tests done a week ago. No results as of today????

I made my appointment on Quest website last Thursday. I come in Tuesday and the Quest system has no record of me. The phlebotomist greets me and tells me I have no appointment and says "it's late" (4pm) and asks if I have my blood slip. I explained my doctor uploaded to Quest. She did get me in. If you make an online appointment make sure yiu print your confirmation and bring it with you.

8-3 It says 4:30 but they dont honor that
Normally yes, from 8am to noon, but on 8/27 they're closed for maintenance (according to info on their website)
Usually 12 hours but it always depends on your test. Some require less. Make an appointment as early as possible and make arrangements to be much later than that. Because if you have an appointment at say, 12 noon, you might be in the waiting room till 12:30pm or even 1:00pm. It seems they rarely ever make their own appointments on time.
