Just call the 800 number.. It is better to stay on hold for over an hour, than to deal with the people answering the phone at the local office.

Although I do not like the situation that lead me here the people have been very kind and non judgmental. Plus the new building is really nice and neatly organized to get your needs met in one spot now instead of running all over Klamath falls
