My brother rented an excavator from here and paid extra for damage insurance. The machine did end up getting minor damage on the door. Which My brother was willing pay Power pac for. Power pac added damages that My brother didn't do on top of what he was responsible for but he still agreed to pay for it. Instead of letting my brother just pay this ridiculous bill he was sent to COLLECTIONS BY POWER PAC! The week after he rented the machine!! Don't trust these people they just want to steal your money!

Called the day before and reserved a rototiller. As soon as it was in that day the sales person called us to let us know. The staff were friendly and quick and prices were reasonable.

I wrote this July '21 i was just reading it over and I saw a couple of typos. On most occasions they are pretty good I used them and no other from the time I started renting equipment in this town. On my last rental, I am sorry to say I will never rent from them again, the time counter that is installed on their devices when I a postion of power record time of use when they go over 8 hrs and they charge you for the time over. This I understand. I had it for a weekend special which means get it on Saturday give it back on Monday same 8 hours. I have done this a bunch of times. Well this weekend I went over I knew it and was prepared to pay the difference no issue. But when I went to turn off the lift I guess it is possible to remove the keys from it and it not turn off....13 hours later I returned to the unit got it together and took it back. That cost me 275 with insurance now was 535.00 more. I asked the lady helping me if there was anything we could do and I was fully ready to pay the extra I know I had gone over. She was silent and basically charge me for every minute it was over. Well they lost a customer that day and here we are. I hope this was useful to you. They have been usually very pleasant and fixed anything that was wrong in a timely matter. But I will never be renting from them again due to the cold, disappointing treatment of a person that always gave them my business without reservation. I never shopped their prices never even considered using anyone else till that day! Excellent service finally ( please instert a ton of sarcasm)
