As a yacht captain, I am frequently asked to provide charcuterie for trips. The Butchery is hands down the best in the area. Fast friendly and amazing service from the deli manager Megan! Just one thing wrong, Carry corkscrews! That's my only "complaint".

We typically have whole marrow and split marrow bones as well as knuckle bones. For dog food, we don't make it but have organ meats, chicken, beef etc if you want to customize something to make yourself. Ask for one of our butchers and they can walk you through what we have on hand. Also, just food for dogs is next door, a good option for portioned pre-made quality dog food.
Yes, we do! We have ground Elk along with Bison Ribeye, Veal and lots of other wonderful meats that include PRIME Ribeyes, Tenderloins and Top Sirloin CHOICE meats Bone In Ribeyes, Porterhouse and NY strips. We also have dry aged meats 45 days dry aged in a temp controlled room. And grass fed ribeyes and tenderloin.
I don't think we can get them fresh but we can get them frozen for sure. We may even have some, just call into the store.
