Joseph and Ice answered any and all questions that I had with kindness and professionalism. The price point is also a plus. Very affordable, and awesome that they come out quarterly to make sure all the pests stay away.

I had called this morning when the company opened. After giving my info I was transferred to Kyle who got me on the schedule same day. Grant was the tech who came out to perform services. Very nice, informative and professional person. He performed his duties in a timely manner and let me know when he was done. All in all we are very pleased with how it all went down. Can say enough about the quality of service I got from the Pointe Pest team. Kyle responded quickly to my initial request for an inspection and quoted me on the spot for the treatment required to deal with my termite infestation. The quote came in very reasonable and a visit was scheduled the following week. Tristan and Dylan were fantastic to work with and spent extra time helping me to understand the lifecycle of termites so that I can better understand preventative measures for the future.
