Almond is the best! Such a great surf shop, amazing staff, inspirational environment! These folks keep surfing fun and will make you want to surf! Apparel, accessories, lifestyle goods and the surfboards are as nice as they come. Something for everyone, I stop in every chance I get!

Ordered a custom Big Bueno Fish on November 28th, board was ready for pickup about 2 months later on January 22nd. Turned out exactly how I wanted, came with fins and a shirt or hat. Worked with Cole, he was great. I requested a change in rocker color and deck patch design about two weeks into submitting my custom order form, it made it into the final product without issues. I'm a happy customer, my only feedback is they could provide updates as your board progresses through the shaping process so that you know it's too late to make a certain change (dims, color, design) , and also to keep you in the loop that your board is being worked on and it's status. Thanks again Almond team!

Excellent products. Excellent people.I ordered a custom board from the folks at almond and ran into a few hiccups. They were able to help me and it says a lot about their character. Highly recommend these guys. Customer for life.

I've bought multiple boards and clothing products from Almond and have been stoked on them all. Their goal is to make and sell you the best products possible. Not only are there boards hand shaped, but their boards also work great. Highly recommend this company to make you your next surfboard!

Questions & Answers

do you carry used boards

Occasionally we get trade-ins of used Almond boards.

Need a board that will float 300+ lbs. comfortably. Or should I just move to a paddle board?

Depends on where and what kind of waves you want to surf. We are happy to help figure out the ideal board for you to do the surfing you want to do. Definitely don't have to go to a paddle board.
