The staff is super friendly and always goes out of their way to make sure that I understand what I'm purchasing and I am aware of other similar products within the store. They take their time to answer my questions and assist. I also like knowing that you have high quality products and I would much rather be able to see and touch the product instead of purchasing something online. I have also used the repair section and never been disappointed in the work that was completed. It is very convenient to have such a great Bike Shop in the neighborhood. I hope you're here for many years to come.

My gratitude for TWOP is a personal one. My family enjoys road biking, we have countless family memories riding together. When my Father was diagnosed with a terminal disease Will was so helpful with the necessary modifications to Fathers bike as his physical body was changing. As his condition deteriorated he was moved to an EBike. With very specific needs and limitations due to his condition we weren’t certain Dad would be able to continue to enjoy riding at all. With Wills knowledge and expertise my Dad was able to ride about 6 months longer than expected. We are truly grateful for the time given to us as a family. The bottom line is that the example starts at the top. The shop takes care of people because Will is an example of caring for others.
