Store is easy to navigate and things are generally in pretty good condition. The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is due to a few areas that I noticed where display items were mildly damaged in the electronics department. But other than that this is a nice place to do some shopping.

Target will hire you at 16. Be ready for a job like a cashier or a person who organizes the sales floor. Minors have resyrictions on both the number of hours a week and the time of day they can work.
Yes. They can buy your phone at a depreciated current market value and will put the amount on a Target gift card for you to use as you please.
