I would give no stars if I could. I sent out an email because apparently my account has been hacked. No one has replied to my email and the contact number does not work. I don't understand how you advertise to be of service to people without actually servicing them. It's horrendous.

When you call in, after the dude on the recording, whom sounds like he is asleep, hypnotized, hates his job, or what not, you get hung up one!!!!

Ive now been waitin.157 days for my unclaimed $!!! Approval process has not moved in 7 weeks it states that once it gets the APPROVAL PROCESS i will have.my payment within 4 to 6 weeks I ont understand whats taken so long, can some1 explain 2 me??

samething happened to me my checks went to wrong address and never recived them after i changed the address on there system did a trace with the treasury dept but never recived the checks that were printed in my name can anyone help
