Garbage. Horrible customer service, they lie, lose your jewelry, and lack communication about your jewelry. Theyre disrespectful and will talk down to you when theyre in the wrong. I have texts and voicemails FROM THEM lying about my jewelry theyve had since close to Christmas time. You’re better off going to Facebook marketplace because everything they do and own is garbage anyway.

I tried to stop at this business yesterday afternoon around 4:00. It appeared closed, cases were empty, no signs were on. I'm not sure if they're still in business. Went over to Mountz instead to have a band resizing done.

Yes. However, I have had appraisals done, repairs done, had jewlry designed, and sold my gold there for years and wouldn't go any where else! Best prices in town for buying your gold!
