First time visit-made the order wrong and super rude. Visit today and sat in line for 15-20 min to be told their tablets were dead. It’s 95 out and there is a 6 car line and could hear another customer upset that they weren’t telling people waiting in line. Won’t be visiting again!

I love there drinks but the line to get one is ridiculous. I usually wait 15-25 minutes. I waste my whole lunch break waiting. Now my experience with every different barista so far has been rude or seems like they hate their job. Now sometimes they get the drink wrong which is fine, it happens. But if they make the drink wrong and you don’t notice before you leave the drive through. They’ve told me they won’t fix it. Now I’m trying to decide if there drinks are worth it or not.

The 2 times I’ve attempted to order from here at 3:40am on my way to work the “system” was down and therefore I couldn’t order. If this happened once I’d give them a pass but now it’s happened twice almost exactly a month apart at roughly the same time in the morning. So either, the “system” is garbage or the employee just doesn’t want to work. Either way it reflects poorly on Bigfoot Java.

Sorry to hear about that, it can be very busy on each side w/ 2 worker's w/ minimal pay. After a while I wouldn't care. That Seattle and surrounding area attitude.

During busy times you can wait long times just like you do at Starbucks waiting in line

I stopped going there once it became clear they don't care about their customers. They are too big of a company and each customer is just a number to them.
