I stopped going there once it became clear they don't care about their customers. They are too big of a company and each customer is just a number to them.

There is a side door on street side to order, but you still have to wait according to line. I've found their service very good, but when a long line, I don't always wait.

They do have a walk up window, it's on the west side of the building.
