The Italian cheese bread was not hot when we ordered it. It was actually cold and not very appetizing and we had two orders, both cold and gross. Which is unfortunate because usually their food is really good. The cheese pizza I got however was great. Probably just a bad day...

We get pizza here often because of convince and price. However, the pizza is always good but the service is lacking. Seems like everytime we order, they always forget to make part of the order so we end up waiting. 3 times have we waited for an hour on our food!

Had the worst restaurant experience this evening. Placed an order through the app, went to pick it up. First I was told the pizza was wrong and they were making a new one. 20 minutes later they told me the pizza was ready, but they were out of wings and it would be 15 MORE minutes. I told them to cancel the wings, refund the order, and give me the pizza. The manager came out and insisted I pay for the pizza. During this ordeal, I witnessed them messing up a large church order that had been prepaid and also the woman in front of me who was told her order would take an additional 45 minutes after she had ordered online. Something is very wrong with management when they cannot handle online and prepaid orders that allow them to see what needs to be ready and at what times. There is no excuse. Never again.

Have to ask if hot and ready is fresh or you will get a pizza that tastes like the box. If fresh it good. Employees could use some customer service training.
