I've been going here for 5 years, bought my car from them, got fully serviced each time, and made sure that it was well kept. I've slowly watched their service go downhill. It has gotten to the point to where they provide horrible customer service, their advisors DO NOT work with you to bring you the best of service they actively work to make the most money off you. They will conveniently leave out aspects of their vehicle services that are not in your favor like Wiper replacement service which implies your rear wiper will get replaced however they in fact do not. Same thing with many other things...for instance, I had just gotten my tires replaced 4 months ago...they told me the tread had worn close to the point of replacement. I checked back with costco to confirm this and they said that the tires were practically brand new. I'll be taking my service elsewhere. This is a seriously bad dealership, and somehow their 4 stars hides the utter lack of transparency, service, and integrity. The only reason I liked them was due to their fast wifi, so they have that going for them. Edit: In response to your response. I don't care, if anything it makes me wonder how many times your people knew nothing was wrong but recommended replacement of a valve or a given part. It's likely they are paying for these reviews. 5 years ago the stars were at 2.5 on google, and the service was stellar. Edit#2: They edited their response to my response to their response. This is 2 years later.

when a business conceals , lies and deceives a customer , they lose trust. Bought a brand new Ridgeline 6 months ago, had blow out on sidewall of tire, called and was told to bring it in as it has a 60,000 mile warranty, brought it in and was told it only has a 12,000 mile warranty, mine had just reached 14,000 miles. Ocean had a good reputation years ago, they treated customers very well, not any more, no lunches as was promised when Ridgeline was sold, no free car wash as was promised and definitely hid the fact they only give 12,000 mile warranty on tires !!! As I said they lied , deceived and concealed , never again would I buy or let them service the vehicle , they totally lost trust, I cancelled the service agreement "Car Doc" This place sucks

I specifically asked for new sales, the sales person was going to make me reserve a car telling me it is new. When I pressed on the details he mentions it is 'certified pre-owned' and when I pointed out what he just said he says 'it has very low miles, it is new'. Not to mention, they are selling this car in a higher price than a new car.

This purchase has been the worst mistake of my life in this place they are cheaters, in 2021 I took a Honda Civic with a deposit of 2000 dollars I was given the opportunity to give 1000 dollars that same day and the following month give what was left well, I took them before the month was up, but to my surprise when I check my account I see that they have charged another thousand dollars, well I call and say what is happening I already paid that money because they are charging more money, well they spent more 20 days to send me a check and that's because I kept calling almost every day because they didn't bother to call me to tell me how the process was going, even grocers answered me when I called, but there's a boy again this year I decided to change it for a Honda good driver they explained everything to me well about that I don't complain just that when I signed all the paperwork many things I decided not to take them but at all times I asked if the car maintenance if I wanted it I always said but the maintenance If the car is included, they always said yes, now that I have it, they tell me that it's free for the first time, but that the following ones I have to pay because I decided I didn't want it so that it would be cheaper, for God's sake. it's cheap it's cheap 53 thousand dollars they are scoundrels, I'm so sure that I always asked if maintenance was included and they always said yes and now they say I didn't want it, what kind of people do they have working here if my advice is valid for newcomers buyers this is not a good place to make your purchase if you don't want to keep stress to the million 😔

Sales are by appointment only, and I witnessed all staff wearing masks and maintaining appropriate physical distancing. I also witnessed staff wiping door handles on the building as well as cars for service customers. This was observed on February 28th, 2021.
