I thought the vacuuming was fine but part of the windows were not cleaned and for $35 they should clean the seats and interior or make much more clearly what "extras" have to be paid on top of the $35 which is pricey for just exterior cleaning and minimal interior work for--I probably won't go back and. by the way I tipped extra because I expected the interior to be thoroughly cleaned. This is a problem of management and marketing--not the workers.

Got the more expensive Cowell's package. Cost $40. Car was initially very dirty since it sat under a tree for a month and had dust and dirt inside. The car was returned very clean.

I think it’s good for what they do, however I feel it’s over priced. I got about the same amount of shine from getting their $40 deal vs a $12 at a shell station. I am super picky about steaks on my windshield and they left a lot. The vacuum was good but they didn’t get everything on my seats. Plus they never offered me the car scents even though it was a part of the deal. Hesitant to come back again.

I picked up my mothers car from the shop and wanted to get it clean for her as opposed to just running it through a self service wash. This is the only car wash that was in the area. Their overall system is confusing. It’s part car wash/gas station/self service so I didn’t know exactly where to go. For $35 specifying exterior and interior, I expected that the car would be reasonably clean. I am not out to yell at employees, but I most certainly did not get what I paid for. I got gas afterwards and had to clean most of the car all over again. A lot of the car had tree sap that didn’t come off during the initial wash, but 3 people worked on the car wiping it down, yet they missed SO many spots on the car. Additionally, they put the electronic seats all the way forward, assuming for vacuum purposes, then never put them back. The pictures below are the many spots they missed and the tag that I used to clean up all of what they missed. Very disappointed and certainly will not return.
