The older woman working in the pizza/sub area is consistently one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. Whatever manager responds to these will know who it is, because she’s berating customers and coworkers everytime im in that area. There are plenty of jobs around town that don’t require customer interaction. Unfortunate, because Big Y is my favorite grocery store around here.

I want to start by saying I don’t want to judge anyone for cellphone use. I feel like if you’re caught up with work and you’ve exhausted all cleaning tasks then there’s nothing wrong with taking a breather- with that being said having cell phones around raw, or exposed food has always been questionable to me (personally) but In all seriousness if I was this big ys prepared foods manager I’d be incredibly embarrassed. This isn’t the first time their wing bars been dry and crusty. With employee shortages are I totally get it. Things happen. HOWEVER, today the only reason the wing bar is this stale and old -and full- is because there are no containers available to the customers… and the two fully adult gentlemen in that department are hiding in a corner on their phones. I hate to say it but grow up and do better.

I love love LOVE the bakery great selection! I used to always get the white cream puffs from behind the bakery counter however the last few times I've been in they haven't had them...will they be back? *Fingers crossed* Selections is great something's I can't find at stop and shop I can find here however the produce doesn't seem to be a good and last as long as stop and shop (my only dislike) I used to work here when I was in high school and it's great to see it years later alot has changed but not the customer service!
