They will cancel your appointment an hour before. They did this to me twice in one week. They canceled my appointment an hour before when I had interviews the next morning, and no one offered me any sort of resolution.

I do not recommend this place for frontal sew in or anything with adding hair. the “hairstylist “ bow did my frontal sew in just a few days before my birthday and it was terrible. told me it would last for 2 months. i’ve been trying to call the shop every since I left but got no answer. i finally got a hold of the “ hairstylist “ bow as I was speaking to him over the phone about my hair very calmly. and how disappointed I was that he ruined my birthday and that basically I have to wear a scarf the whole time and I had to take down my hair within 4 days he then started to get a attitude and was very angry and rude just because I told him that he really messed up my hair and my birthday because he did a terrible job. my appointment came with no wash of hair. i felt like my appointment was rushed on top of that, he kept asking for assistance and having another “hairstylist “ help him. I just feel like if anybody doesn’t know about this shop I do not recommend the shop at all just because you’re a hairstylist in a shop don’t make you a real hairstylist. everybody in the shop can’t do hair.
