Service was great, nice waiters and pretty little outside garden dining. My partner had the Classic Independent Burger with caramelized onions and bleu cheese add on and said it was one of the best burgers of his life! It was perfectly cooked, juicy, flavorful and the brioche bun was baked to perfection. I had the Caesar salad with ahi add on. Unfortunately, the ahi was not great and tasted pretty off but maybe you can’t expect much for fish in a mountain town? Disappointing salad for the cost but we’d go back and just not get ahi again.

We showed up without reservations and while they were busy the manager set out to find us a table and sat is right away. The food was superb and the service was excellent.

Yes! They were able to accommodate me with a gluten and dairy free option.
Wednesday through Sunday for Lunch and Dinner, currently closed on Monday and Tuesday.
Dogs should be left outside the patio perimeter.
Hi Sherry- It's our DEW DROP made with Vodka, Sliced Cucumber, Fresh-squeezed Lemon Juice, Fresh Mint (from our garden when its in season!), House-made Ginger Syrup, and Hops Liqueur (We'll also garnish our Dew Drop with a Fresh Hop Cone from our garden when they're available later in the summer!) I would definitely go there! It's my absolute favorite restaurant. The 1st time I ever had truffles, it was at The Independent. (Mac n Cheese with black truffles, OMG, SOOOOOOOO great!!!)
