The hours to pick up packages are very inconvenient. If you work 9:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday you have one hour on Saturday to get your package.

I do contract work for a non-profit and one of our big projects involves mailing a lot of print material out. We used to use UPS but this year they have increased fees by a huge amount, so I ended up coming here. Tim and Diedre helped me a lot with getting all 36 packages ready for mailing and did not make me feel like I was inconveniencing them in any way. Thanks!

If we have a Branch that is closed. And you're holding it. Can someone from another one of our Branches come and pick it up? If that would be allowed, what kind of information would we need to provide the post office with?
