Honestly I couldn't ask for a better place when heading out and getting the help you need whether it be having to stay a night due to a canceled flight or even just needing someone to kill time with. The man from Hertz rentals has my respect for helping me out of a dying mindset during my meltdown of being in an unknown place not being from there at all. Alicia helped me out by asking questions about my situation and making sure I was taken care of whether it be when my flight arrives or if I want a cot to sleep on due to having such a struggle 😅 Thank you. Great little airport under used and under valued this airport is an easy in an easy out small clean terminals the only downside to this airport is there are no direct routes in and out as you need to travel through the city to get to it I believe that's what creates it being underused however the ease of passage to and from well in the airport it's absolutely phenomenal cheap parking if you're going to leave your car at the airport just a great value here

Flying out and back to this airport has been the worst travel experience. 1) on my way out they delayed my flight 4 times. The Jet Blue app had incorrect information. 2) The flight board didn't display flight information. 3) The staff did not provide timely updates. 4) On my way back they had no staff to connect the bridge to exit to have a staethe plane. We had to wait 45 min to have a stare cop open the door. This airport needs new management ASAP.

KORH is operational 24hrs, however the tower has limited operational times. The only FBO on the field has a callout charge of about $250 if you need their assistance outside of their operating hours. That said, I did arrive close to 11PM and the person at the FBO was accomodating as she could be and managed to avoid that fee.
Jet Blue had flights but canceled them for the moment due to virus drop in demand.

You will be asked to go through. There is no problem with you having your knee replacement. When you disclose it to TSA they will be fine. It will sound on the metal detector but they will be expecting it. I'm a pilot for an airline that flies into this airport and have been there several times.
