I put 1 star because they ain't got a Zero. They don't answer the phones, court verdict is subject to change with no notice to attorney much less the defendants. They do what they want, LAZY, pathetic court house

Whoever I spoke to over the phone was really nice, but when i went in & spoke to Christina T. NGO, she was really rude, rushed me & didn’t take the time to explain to me exactly what was going on with my paperwork. After all that I still kindly gave her a departing greeting which she completely ignored. Do better!!!

You must either go in person, or hire an attorney.
Very, very, very rarely. Almost never, but having an attorney makes the chance even less. Also an attorney can usually get the contempt of court for missing waived. Please let me know if I can help further.
I've come here several times, but don't recall ever leaving a review. So after I dropped my daughter off at school I got on Hwy 90 to head over to their office in Broad & Tulane. I thought they opened at 8am as I'd arrived about 8:15 but soon found out that they don't open til 9am. So keep that in mind and they close at 3pm. Anyway I needed a background check to attend a field trip with my daughter's school. So after waiting around outside the bldg, I went in at 9 between 2 other men who were there to also get background checks. So I filled out the portion of the form that the clerk asked me to with the info they needed and gave them my driver's license. After sitting down for less than 10 minutes, I was called back up to the window to get it along with my drivers license. I paid the clerk my "$5" for the info, she stamped it and I was on my way back out, in a matter of "minutes". The form took the longest and it was a regular form but I didn't have to fill out all portions.
No. You would need to go to the proper court. This is municipal for crimes
You'll need to call the courthouse to ask them a specific question like this, but I would recommend traveling to the courthouse if you can and bringing a copy of the receipt with you. You may also want to show a copy of the receipt to the DMV if this is something that's affecting your license status.
City Hall
Not that I know of, and if there was it would probably be answered less often than the phone... which is rarely.
