Book circulaton is generally limited to current students, staff, and faculty. Alums and community members seeking borrowing privileges from the library are encouraged to join the UNO Friends of the Library in order to obtain them. There are other groups that have limited borrowing privileges: Ben Franklin High School Students and graduate students, faculty and staff from other colleges and universities around Louisiana that are enrolled in the LOUIS reciprocal borrowing program.
