Terrible terrible terrible. Uncomfortable and outdated beds/bedding. Breakfast starts at 8am. Incredibly overpriced. WiFi SUCKS! And in an area with less then great cell service, pretty lame. Checkin process is frustrating. I will never come here ever again and regret my choice to stay here this one time.

Untapping The West

Staff was friendly and they even allowed us to get an early check in *don't tell anyone* Rooms were good size and shower had quite abit of nice pressure unlike most showers. Bathrooms are fully stocked with shampoo and other items. They also give you 4 large towels. Our previous hotel only supplied 1. Our room had a divider to pull out between the beds and our other room the beds were seperated which is a plus if you are sharing with a snorer. Will be back again.

The room was fine I don’t understand why everyone on here is whining about their stay but whatever to each their own. We stayed in room 40 and it was amazing. The heater worked the sheets were clean the only thing that I have anything against is the complementary coffee but there’s restaurants within walking distance so that’s a major plus as well. People are way too entitled these days get over yourself.

Where do I start. I'm not sure what was more chilly the attitude in the office or the room. Everything in/about the room was musty and damp. Wish I would have read the reviews before hand. The owners keep commenting back and saying that the place has been remodeled but no evidence of such. The "heater" couldn't even warm the room. Do your due diligence and read the reviews. Most of the positive reviews were from when the previous owners were here
