The separation between the two main workout areas are a bit of a turn off. Idk about you but I use a mixture of free weight and machines through the workouts not a fan of walking back and forth from one half the building to the other

Not set up every day, only when gymnastics team practice, gym class and gym camp are going on
I do not know the actual pricing but I know the Y will work with you based on your income. They also honor silver sneakers if you have that as part of your insurance.
