The parking lot has many potholes. Someone could trip and get hurt. Lines need to be painted for the parking spaces. Parking lot should be repaired. Everything else is good.

Apple rehab is top notch. I came here after being sick. The physical therapists, Julie and Linda were awesome as well as the nurse's aids and nurses. The food staff were so kind and the food was very good as long as I'm concerned. Special thanks to Jackie Gordon who helped me with everything I needed. But all the staff that I had contact with, were also very special, hard working and very respectful and sincere. Sorry I can't name all of you. I suck with remembering names.Thank you all! I'll miss you!

My dad loved it when he was in rehab.. the OT/PT team there made him feel like he was part of the family. Sabrina the CNA was amazing!!! She was one of the reasons why we always use them. Dad would live there full time if we could afford a private room. Hoping God helps us with a plan. Sincerely, Frances Gialluca’s Family:-)
