Have been trying to reach you by phone. I am sure you are aware of the man who sits under the beltway by Wegmans. I am wondering if there is anything I can do for him. As a woman I am reluctant to approach him alone. What are his needs?

I have stopped and talked to him off and on when i drive down that way and I've always stopped and asked if he needs anything or to just give him a couple bucks. He isn't hard to talk too. I've approached him alone and he's very respectful.
