I took my daughter here for her 14th birthday to do the Haight and Ashbury experience this was the first place we stopped after parking near Hippy Hill. Let me tell you they had this Covid thing down by the science. 4 people at a time must wear masks and Sanitize hands before entering the store. I was in awe and shocked on how elegant this store was and how they created a five-star experience. This is no dirty hippie shop very clean non pushy non annoying sales/clerks. They gave you your space as you shopped around and very knowledgeable and all of their products. They were very sweet and even said happy birthday to my daughter. One of the best shops we stopped at on this Haight street adventure!!

Our customer service and the skill and wisdom each employee has are two of the most important things to us, so it means so much when we hear customers have that experience. We really appreciate you taking time to share these thoughts, including the bit about the pricing. We definitely know there are websites out there that are able to have lower prices for their kratom. Compared to other shops in the area we are comparable or cheaper. Due to paying rent for two shops in the bay area and paying our staff a very competitive rate, our prices feel fair to us for the quality, but we definitely hear where you are coming from. Something we like to share too is the idea of the knowledge each staff member has and the consistency and strength are all reasons that the extra money spent buying it in a local store can feel worth it, as you have said in your own words.
