Great place, and its the gem no one really finds I heard from a few locals there I talked to. There is very clear water, that is cool but not to cold in September, and there are sailboats and motor boats at the marina on far end of the lake.

This place is great! People visiting clean up after themselves; the waters are clean, there's a restroom close by, too. Only issue is I couldn't find handicapped access but other than that excellent place to cool down from this heat. Pop by the visitor center; the rangers are really nice and give you good details of the parks amenities.
