This facility is terrible. The support staff (meaning reception personnel and nurse trainees) are very polite and try to be helpful - they get 5+ stars. The severe problems with this clinic appear to be administrative. The quality of ‘care’ has crashed to be worse than substandard. I do not write this lightly. My family has been seeking health guidance at this clinic for a long time. There used to be some phenomenal doctors and NP’s who resigned this facility. Some examples of what patients encounter at CHCB: a chaos problematic lack of doctors, obvious void by the current ‘providers’ to familiarize with patient medical history, inattention to involved medical issues, one-size-fits-all medical practices that ignore individual medical circumstances, dysfunctional handing-off of responsibilities without proper qualified attention, dismissive inadequately trained PAs (redundant tests and failure to even vaguely comprehend patient’s true condition), failure to respond to authorization request from testing facility, online patient portals regularly NOT updated to any useful extent, long on-hold telephone wait times, unexplainable prescription lag times with repeated multiple requests to pharmacy. These issues are EXTREMELY NOT acceptable health care! All due respect to the Chief Medical Officer perhaps an impossible in-over-her-head situation, complicated by possibly clinic funding issues. CHCB is a disaster of unreliable harmful medical practices. Support staff 5+ stars, otherwise sadly 1 star for this clinic - only because there is no zero star to select.

I like my doctor's office for the most part. I haven't had an bad experience here yet. But there this one Nurse male Nurse and just every time I come in I get him. Maybe it's a language barrier but he seems to be confused and makes the simplest things complicated. Like giving me a shot I don't care what arm I get the shot in Sir. And you standing there just looking at isn't going to change It doesn't matter which arm I get the shot it Sir just give me the shot so I can go on about my business

Yes u do

I've never had a bad experience with the service there, but I don't know why she would be so disrespectful towards you. How long did you wait to cancel the appointment?
No, it is closed in observation of Memorial Day.
Not sure, but there is a breast cancer center across the street. If anything abnormal is detected, you may be eligible for part or all of your mammogram or ultrasound breast exam to be paid for by Breast Cancer Services of WNY. Do some googling and give them a call, they are very humanistic.
Open 8am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday
Hello, There is a program known as CDPAP whereby eligible participants, with qualifying medical conditions, can be cared for by family or friends and receive compensation. One of the Medical Providers here would be more than able to help navigate through the process as well as make sure your relative receives comprehensive and compassionate care.
No but you can get referred to the place across the street. Breast Cancer Screening of Western NY.
