The prior owner of this place was honest and always refunded money when the machines failed to operate. Unfortunately for Red Bluff, the place changed hands recently and the new owners are DISHONEST. I was there 10 days ago and one of the large machines did not add water on any of the three rinse cycles. I filled out one of their tags and then re-ran the load in a different machine, which added very little water at all. Despite two wash cycles and three rinse cycles in the second machine without detergent, my clothes were still not adequately rinsed. It appears that the machines have been adjusted to use less water. I recommend staying away. The place is also dirtier than it has ever been and is turning into a blight on that strip mall. Take your business elsewhere.
