HORRIBLE!!!!! My daughter had a temperature of over 105 so I took her to Urgent Care 30 minutes before they closed and we were turned away because they were at capacity. The nurses there took her temp anyway and were mortified and told me to take her to the ER right away. By the time she was seen at the ER her fever went down to 101 so the ibuprofen I gave her at home was working. They gave her a Covid and strep test and sent us out to our car to wait. After 2 hours I got a call saying the bill would be a minimum of $1600…come to find out the bill for a Covid & strep test came to $3,600!!!!! Our insurance does not cover any portion of this. This is insane and I’m NEVER going back to the ER again.

It took 3 visits for them to finally figure out what was going on, they we're so kind and very respectful in all my care, would recommend them to anyone. Even when they had to fly me via helicopter mind you never flown a day in my life down to San Juan Mercy Hospital so I could have emergency spinal infusion done to fix my hunched back and limp. I am so very thankful for all there kindness at both hospital's. Thank you so very much again.

The people who checked me in were amazing! But when I was in the back room waiting for the person who was doing my mammogram I was sitting there waiting for half an hour, I finally went up from and told this nice man to find out what was going on. He did and I heard the person say she forgot she had someone scheduled, that made me feel not so good.😔

I was there for 3 1/2 Hours seen the Dr. one time. He came in asked what's going on showed him my swollen foot he said looks.like maybe a stress fracture will get an xray an ill be back. He never came back the staff in the ER lost my paperwork. She said he has your discharge papers ready I just can't find them. I'll go look for them now maybe at the printer.. She never came back. I called the next day an i got a nurse who said its not broken!! So I asked whats wrong with it? She hung up on me It's a horrible hospital sorry to say... It's not my 1st bad experience at Saint Elizabeth Hospital.

They have an Emergency room, not an Urgent Care. Their hospital clinic is a couple of buildings down called Lassen Medical. You can get Acute care services there Monday through Saturday, I believe

No, it does not have a pharmacy. You will need to go to your local pharmacists to fill any prescription(s)
Better yet, contact your insurance carrier for providers you can use.

I am not medically trained. Sometimes your insurance carrier has a nurse advice hotline and you can call them. I could guess, but I'd have to Google it. I'd recommend seeing your doctor for advice though.
This question is so random, I wish I could answer it. I want to say it was a group of nuns... 😬 Dignity Health could probably get that information for you though.
