Tiffany is a delight and super helpful! Amazing service!

6/15/22 - What a terrible first experience! The young male at the front yelled at me to leave because it was time to close soon. The young lady was on her phone. He didn’t bother to get off his seat to help me. I felt like I was bothering them. I really wanted the products but I have heard similar horror stories. But I went back - 7/1/22 - I went back and was delightfully surprised by Abigail who was very helpful. The next day I went back and found Tiffany who was extremely friendly. Then came Derrick - and he went above and beyond to help us out with everything. He took his time to answer and explain all our questions with a so much patience. He gave us options and even design ideas. He helped us to save money and even called to follow up on te order. What a 180 from my first experience!!

Very bad attention, when you arrive they don't even answer the greeting.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Drove an hour and a half (Astoria Queens) to pick up 3 boxes of flooring which I already paid for because my local store didn’t receive my order I walk in and lady has a full conversation with someone for at least 40 minutes while I just stood there. Finally she say I can’t get your stuff so you’ll just have to wait. Shrugs her shoulders, rolls her eyes and walks away!

They sell hard wood and vinyl floors.
No clue. Contact them directly
Yes we do. Prices vary and are determined on the customer's floor selection, type of installation, additional requirements, such as baseboard install, movement of furniture, delivery, etc. Its best if you come in and let us assist you personally and assist, based on your specific needs.
Not that I'm aware of, to be honest with you. I was there (at lumber liquidators Astoria store) about a month ago. There wasn't a sign of lumber liquidators going out of business.
I am not sure.
