Terrible experience. This state agency doesn’t even deserve one star. Unresponsive and unprofessional. They should be under investigation themselves. Shame on their lack of concern for the safety of the residents in Connecticut. Just for public knowledge - Never file a complaint against a “ doctor” in Connecticut. The process is grossly unjust and the “doctor” ALWAYS wins. Thank you DPH for compromising public safety!!!!! Thank you!!!!

Their handling of monkeypox they claim to be so concerned about is negligent at the least. Their response (or lack thereof) to public concern is a disappointing and unacceptable. No surprise to see they have less than a 2 star rating from the public they're supposed to be serving.

Letting people die for the mere convenience of others is not normal. Spreading disease is not a human right. 1,000,000 Americans did not have to die.

Report it IMMEDIATELY to department of public health and it will be investigated. People in authority, making all that money and decisions need to be held accountable for their actions. They should not get away with anything.
No but make sure your wearing a mask because that's going to save you hahaha.
John, The vaccine is Shingrix. Try Walgreen’s.
Make a complaint with department of public health and they will investigate. Please take the time and effort to do so.people need to be accountable for their actions.
I need to file a complaint against a Medical Manager keep bullying me every time I go to see my dr.
Just call them and you may get a response within a year or so.
I'd call to report this. I'm not a doctor but here's what I saw online, "If handled improperly, gypsum can cause irritation to the skin, eyes, mucous membranes and the upper respiratory system. Symptoms of irritation can include nosebleeds, rhinorrhea (discharge of thin mucous), coughing and sneezing. If ingested, gypsum can clog the gastrointestinal tract."
This can be googled to find you the answer and per request CT is not an Agreement State but xray equipment is under jurisdiction. Nrc.gov/info-finder/region-state/Connecticut.html
For a restaurant food establishment it would be with Licensing program in DPH I would assume.
Sorry u had an issue with ur certification I haven't seen that there or know about it.
There is a licensing section that is divided into different units, for example health facilities, day cares, etc. If you go to DPH website, the units and contacts are listed. Good luck!!
No way
Your in a blue state so the answer is yes - and it will never end. They make my 2 year old wear a mask and it's sickening... the masks are disgusting by the time the day is over and causes more sickness then Covid does.
If you're an employee, I would think this falls under State of Connecticut Department of Labor. Good luck!
You should certainly file a complaint with the Labor Department.
Call the department & ask to speak with licensing to answer your question.
It's very detailed on mswguide.org/social-work-licensure-in-connecticut/ and it also has the link to the exam application with DPH on there you just need to send them your transcript to be accepted.
It appears to be legal the buyer would just need to know about that condition for liability reasoning.
I think statute 20-250(4) states you do, you can call the licensing department at 860-509-7603 to verify.
Everything is done they their website, transfers from one state to another (here) they don't allow walk in anymore it will be a waste of time going. The best is to visit their website you will find everything you need they also have a contact number but you will be on hold for a while. Good luck
