We reserved a King Suite for our family of 4 adults. On the day we were to arrive, we received a call letting us know the suite we reserved had plumbing issues, so they were providing us instead with two rooms - a King room and a 2 queen bed room - right next door to each other. This turned out to be an excellent alternative, and we truly appreciated the effort to make sure our visit was great. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but we loved it! The back door exited onto a huge beautiful shaded lawn area with chairs and tables. We spent quite a lot of time just relaxing and enjoying the ambiance of this lawn area. We also used the pool and hot tub, which were clean and well kept. We would definitely stay here again!

Click bait. Not as advertised at all. There is no car charger. The pool deck is the patio for the restaurant so kids can't splash in the pool without disturbing people's meal. The pillows were lumpy, beads were hard and showers were very slippery( dangerously so). This hotel is listed as high end in the choice hotel listing and it is completely misleading. Motel 6 is more similar to this than a high end place. Very disappointing. We did talk to the staff about our disappointment and they stated they are remodeling. I understand but it is unethical to advertise your dreams before they are finished. Buyer be aware.

Initially a good first impression, but overall experience was disappointment. Upon arriving, the staff was friendly and had easy check-in. Staff was hospitable and check-in was great. However, after entering our room it smelled slightly of stale smoke. Then as we went out we saw a man 2 doors down smoking right outside his room. We stopped by the office to explore our options. We were offered a room switch but only from a kind bed to a double bed. We decided to see how it would turn out after we got back. Unfortunately, the smell was worse so we asked to switch and had to switch to a room with double beds until a king bedroom opened up. After all the hassle, we talked to the front desk again who offered a discount. Because I prepaid for the room they weren't sure how to go about that. I emailed management and never got a response. I wish it was handled better. The first two office people were very friendly; nobody seemed to note a discount was offered and I'm not sure they did anything about the person smoking.

If you're looking for a modern shiny sterilized corporate box hotel, pass this one by! This is old and funky with thick white stucco walls, large rooms, big oak trees, sprawling lawns, and a cheap TV. I loved it! Loaded with mid century charm. Sure it's dated, but in a good way. I will come back!
