This dealership like most, says one thing, turns around and does another. Their actions do not follow their words. I was given the impression storing my vehicle purchased with them would not be a problem, even over an extended period of time.. I was then harassed about storage of it as well as negative reviews made of them, Anthony Martinez called me requesting I remove a one star review which I believe I later did and regretted it as I was later charged a storage fee of 1800 only to learn and item was stolen out of vehicle was supposedly in secure storage.

According to another review, in which case the person also had an item stolen from their vehicle, one or more of their employees likes to steal.. I had my vehicle in storage while I paid past due taxes in order to get it registered, I was forced to pay 1800 in storage fees which is a bogus, a lie to get more money out of me...When I picked up vehicle, a USB charger was discovered missing. When I brought it to attention of Paula Callari, dealer principle, she brushed it off saying my car should not have been in storage as long as it was, knowing about the tax issue... This place will harass you over negative reviews you make of them, expect a positive review after what I just detailed... Further, they gave impression that holding car would not be an issue, in secure storage, even for extended period of time.... They turned around, charged me 1800 to hold it, only to have an item stolen from it....

Spent over 15k with them before. And now they have a policy if you didn't buy your car with them you can get a loner. Bridgeport BMW do give put loner. I will never bother giving them any type of business. You shouldn't have to buy a car for them for you to get a loner. There for I'll keep going to Bridgeport of bmw
