Food was not good. Quarter pounder had enough grease to line the bottom of the box. Fish was dried out. Strawberry cream pies were burned. Staff was standing around behind the counter talking and laughing like they were at a party.... except for the lady in the dining room yelling across the store. Not a god visit and will not visit this location in the near future.

We went inside and made our order and had to repeat it multiple times to the cashier. We asked for 4 value meals and when they rang them up they were just sandwiches initially. She said she didn't know we wanted "the meal!" We rang it up again and my young son asked for katsup only on his burger. We got our food and initially were short one fry. First they said we only ordered 3, then after I showed them the receipt, they asked to look in the bag like we were lying or took one out. They gave us another fry. Then my son got his burger and it had katsup and onions on it so we had to go back in and get that remade. Absolutely horrible experience. Customer service is dead these days...

Location is ok. But just ok. Their pattern is familiar. Someone there resents their Rewards program. Whenever I use the app the food is worse. Free Fries = Cold or under cooked Fries. Pictured is my Free Big Mac with Extra Pickles which = No Pickles. I didn't stop because the food was for me and not my Kids. A restaurant operated in large part by Teenagers in a Worker Shortage will have some imperfections but these little micro-aggressions take extra effort to hurt loyal customers that should be getting rewarded. An even larger issue is that this happens different times of day, weekday or weekend. I didn't do a survey because I wanted to see if others experience something similar. If not... Anyway, for comparison , the Union Cross location is so 5 Star, I have never thought to rate them. I will soon.

We placed our order on the screen, then went to get our cups from the counter. When I asked for them, the employee handed them to me and immediately walked away. He didn't even speak. When a bag of food was placed on the counter, no one called our number. It just sat there. Finally, my husband said "Do you think that's ours?".. I told him it probably was because the place was pretty dead. It didn't look like anyone else was waiting. So he walked up there and got the bag of food, which was ours. Still trying to figure out why we were given a number to sit on the table. Customer service in America, across the board is lacking these days, but y'all need to do better.
