Haven't eat in a sonics in years now I remember why. While the staff was exceptional the food wasn't edible π I literally threw away 7 bucks. Maybe their beverages are better.

Updated: between my last review and this one, I had stopped going to this Sonic because the service had gotten terrible and the customer service was horrible. I could tell management changed again recently, as I had started to go back and noticed a huge difference! One thing I always hated was that Iβd order in the app sheβs still have to wait 15-20 minutes when I got there. I went tonight and within a minute they were there with my order! Jay was super sweet and very tentative. Our food was messed up a little but I didnβt even want to complain since I had such a great experience this evening! About 2 years ago: Sonic always has great employees, that give great customer service. I do need to call out Tre though! His personality is just so bright, that no matter what kind of day you are having, you will leave feeling better than you arrived! I just know that this young man is going to touch so many people's lives! This is very hard to find, and to find this in someone at my local Sonic, how lucky we all are! Another update: this place is going downhill quick. Itβs run down and ALWAYS takes forever. Then, itβs always wrong! The only reason they are still open is because they are the only thing on this side of town!

9/16 at 800 on a friday night we came inside to have dinner and i haven't had service this good in years. It is only three people working here and they are working so hard and so friendly and attentive. These guys need a raise they are such an asset to this company

They don't answer the drive through either you will sit there forever and have to go to the window to order
Really. Be considerate of a misunderstanding. Take your coke back and kindly say you got the wrong drink. I'm sure they will correct it.
