All staff standing around and when we walked in they said that mangers had screwed them over and that they was all tired so they wasn't surviving anyone else. I understand they are tired but they need to lock the doors if they aren't going to serve anyone.

Initial impressions weren't great when one of the waitresses snapped at me that me I had to sit at the high bar because I was alone. But I've had both hips replaced and a bad back, so I said I can't sit in the high chairs. But someone else quickly said they had a low bar I could sit at. Then the waiter I had was wonderful. Very nice and attentive. I received my food very fast and it was wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised because they were so busy. All in all, one of the best experiences I've had at waffle house.

The food was good except a little cold as the cook made if very fast but the wait staff just let it sit on the counter while they went in the corner chatting. The late night wait staff were so rude and acted like they didnt want business. They were talking about customers in the corner where other customers could here. And wouldnt open up 1/2 the restaurant for customers to sit as it got busy instead made them sit at the togo chair or stand at the door waiting for others to finish their meals and get up. While there were 5 other booths and a counter that they said was closed. Then they tell customers if you dont like it you can go to taco bell. The night wait staff is the rudest and most disrespectful ive ever seen.

Excellent service tonight from waitress Yvonne, and cook Seire which I might add both were very clean and professional. This was a great change from the past couple of times that we were there and another couple of employees were working to the point that we were sure rhat we had made a mistake...but not tonight. I didn't mind paying the bill and leaving a decent tip instead of the normal one..... Thank you ladies for a job well done!
