Such a lovely quiet place to stay! We wish we were staying longer here, sadly it was only a night. It is a perfect place for us to come back with family and friends we realized for next time. It was very clean in the clubhouse with the pool, the premises were kept very tidy and our cabin was pristine! Make sure you follow their cleaning procures which they do clearly mark out for you, but it was a very nice experience at the Cape Cod Holiday Estates!

I've stayed here 3 times with my family, all three have been amazing! The houses are well kept and comfortable, the amenities are in great condition, and the staff is super friendly. The location of the estates themselves is great. Only about 5 minutes from a great beach! There's a cute trail right behind the back row of houses to go for a walk. There's always flocks of wild turkeys that wonder through the area and woods. Super cool to watch!! The recreation room has tons of fun stuff to pass the time while there. Pool is always clean and rarely busy. They offer free coffee in the office and snacks/merch/postcards to buy there as well! The mini golf is fun, so is the tennis court- materials for both can be found in the rec room! Always worth a stay, I recommend especially in the off season.
