Ordered a specific brand and formulation of RV Antifreeze (glycol based, no ethyl alcohol) through Napa's website for same day pickup at the store. Was happy to find just what I needed in stock. My wife did the 20 mile round trip to pick it up later that day. Upon inspection, I found the antifreeze provided was a different brand and a different formulation containing ethyl alcohol, which is specifially prohibited by the RV manufacturer. Now we must make the 20 mile round trip to return the unwanted product, plus they dont actually have what is needed in stock. Giant waste of our time and gasoline.

NAPA Online offers product information including manufacturer, cost, availability and features. Customers can select and compare specific products like car brakes, batteries and filters. However, if you are looking for more specific information and need expertise, contact your local NAPA store.
