Too many regulations and 24HR entry notices but that’s it. The lack of overall management availability for what can be perceived as an inconvenient problem have made me really dislike this place.

From what my cousin says Juan Lopez's comment is right on the dot. He's understanding when he moved in is it was based on your income but they raise his rent all the time. My cousin says this is a Senior complex but there is kids of all ages living there, summer time alot of kids in pool too.
