I was really struggling to find a place when a Friend referred me to SC Landings. I spoke with the rental office and they were amazing. We blew through some paper work and I believe I have found my new place to call home thanks guys!

I’m honestly really disappointed with my apartment I moved in at the end of November everything seemed great at first there’s cracks all around my sliding glass door my windows that they just painted right over there’s nails that stick out of my kitchen floor, the carpet is coming up in some spots because they rush to finish the apartment my doors aren’t even put on straight my air conditioner doesn’t even work and I haven’t even used it yet the screens in both of my bedroom windows don’t even line up correctly to keep bugs out of the house so I can’t even leave my windows open and on top of that I can’t even leave my sliding glass door open because since we moved in the screen door hasn’t even locked they rushed to get this apartment finished and did a horrible job this is definitely not worth almost $1700

Management responds fast, and the girls in the office especially Kelsey have been very helpful with our needs since day one! Pool is well kept and maintained as well as the lawn work and maintenance in the building. Surprisingly you see a lot of wild life here (bunnies, blue jays, frogs) for someone who loves nature it’s definitely a plus if you live here. I love everything, the only thing I honestly can say I don’t like is that all summer we didn’t have a mice problem and now that it’s getting into the colder months we are having one, rodents make it hard to feel completely comfortable in your home. Hoping that an exterminator will come soon. We will see.

Rent keeps going up but my apartment isn't getting any nicer. Paint peeling off my ceiling, apartment always hot because I'm next to the boiler room, so my electric bill is through the roof during summer, cheap carpets worn down to threads that I know they're gonna blame me for when I move out. Also, I never heard one complaint about myself in several years until the new management took over and decided they had something to prove. Ugly little cramped cheap shoebox holes, not worth over a thousand bucks a month, y'all are out of your minds charging that much. (not my real name on this review)
